The Loft
Exposed brick and large sash windows help to form this light and airy 91 m² creative space in the apex of SPS House. With luscious green treetops on one side and stunning views of the city on the other, whichever way you look there is inspiration to be found.
The Loft can be configured to suit with space for up to 20 workstations and ready access to our 100MB internet and various amenities.
Adjacent meeting rooms and a private kitchen also available.
The Studio
The Studio is a beautiful clear white canvas perfect for photoshoots and filming.
This stunning 76 m² room can also be hired for workshops, parties or as a meeting space.
Tables, chairs, benches and other furniture available, plus a full range of photographic colorama backdrops. For information about equipment hire please do ask. Prices available on request.
The Lounge
Meet, chat, work, lounge and enjoy. Everyone’s welcome, come and say hi. There’s always coffee and of course 100MB internet on tap.

The Meeting Room
The Meeting room is a smaller but diverse space.
Lots of light, minimal furniture to increase space. A TV screen, meeting table with six chairs, two armchairs for one on one meetings.
Perfect for group meetings, zoom calls, private study or presentations.
The Church
Our church is a flexible, open plan set up with seating for 250 guests on the ground floor with an additional 150 spaces for guests in the 1st floor galleries. It is a classic Georgian Style church built in 1820 and is equipped with both stage and mood lighting options, sound equipment and projection.
We are able to provide disability access to the church, and there is a kitchen and bathrooms.
The Crypt
*Please note that the Crypt does not currently have disability access.
Made up of 4 separate rooms with doors that can either enlarge or reduce the space where needed.
Each room can hold 15-25 people comfortably, but in total it can hold over 100 people at one time. The crypt is great for weddings/children’s parties, meetings, classes, groups and film crews.
The space also includes bathrooms, showers, and a kitchen fitted with a commercial range hood, two electric ovens with 6 hobs, a microwave, countertop space and a dishwasher.
